What are my shipping options?

All orders are shipped via USPS First Class or Priority mail within United States only.

Our shipping rates are as follows:

• FREE SHIPPING for orders over $150.

• $5 shipping fee for USPS First Class

• $9.00 shipping fee for USPS Priority Mail

Expedited shipping may be available upon request for an additional fee.

How are my items packaged?

You item(s) will be carefully packaged in a Sea Glass Jewelry Studio box and wrapped in tissue, with bubble mailer or box with bubble wrap to protect your item(s) in transit.

Your package will also include a baggie for storage, earnuts (with earrings only), one disposable jewelry cleaning wipe, an artist bio card (if available).

What if I need to make an exchange?

We have a 30 day online exchange policy.

Exchange or store credit options available. Please do not ship your order back to either of our studios without contacting us first at sales@seaglassjewelrystudio.net . After receiving an authorization, ship to Seaglass Jewelry Studio PO Box 1322 Kennebunkport ME 004046. Customers are responsible for all shipping costs required for an exchange. Thank you!
